At The Footed Pajama Store we are confident that you will love your footed pajama, but in the unlikely event you choose to return or exchange your footed pajama, you may do so for a full refund of merchandise only. Shipping cost for returned items are non-refundable. All returns/exchanges must reach us within 30 days of our shipping date, after 30 days all sales are final.

At The Footed Pajama Store we believe in giving our customers more than they expect. Although we do not pay for the postage on returned merchandise, we will credit you the cost of your standard postal fee towards your next purchase with us, so keep your postal receipt.

All items being returned must be returned in its original condition, that is, unused, unworn, unwashed, without evidence of misuse and in its original packaging. Any items returned to The Footed Pajama Store not in its original condition or after 30 days, will be returned to the customer at their expense.

For returns/exchanges, please e-mail us for an authorization number before shipping to us. We do not accept packages without an authorization number. You must also include with your return/exchange a copy of your original invoice with the authorization number written across the top of the invoice along with the reason for the return.  In addition, the size and colour written across the top of the original invoice for exchanges.

We recommend that you insure your package being returned or exchanged, as we are not responsible or liable for items damaged or lost in transit.
